Our new CEO will possess the knowledge, passion, and sheer determination to drive systemic change in Sri Lanka’s education system. Your collaborative, solutions-oriented leadership approach allows you to work effectively with many different community stakeholders to achieve a common goal – better educational opportunities for all students now.
This role is not really a job – it’s a calling! It demands an entrepreneurial, thoughtful and inspiring leader. If you’ve been able to build effective teams based on a culture of achievement, empathy, and diversity, we’d like to hear from you.
You’ll start by taking a deep dive into TFSL’s strategic planning, working with Teach For All’s local network resources to ensure mission/vision alignment. To be successful, you’ll need to forge meaningful (local and international) partnerships while building-out your leadership team and implementing a sustainable financial structure.
