Our growth plan in Sri Lanka involves selecting areas based on key criteria such as high-need schools affected by socio-economic inequity, teacher shortages, and high dropout rates, as well as access to high-quality fellow candidates, support from local educational offices, logistical feasibility, and partnerships with collaborators.
Teach First Sri Lanka has a clear growth plan in place, aiming to bring its transformative program to more and more schools across Sri Lanka in the coming years.
This growth will enable Teach First Sri Lanka to bridge the gaps in education inequality and transform the lives of thousands of disadvantaged children across the country

Help 1 Child have a teacher in key subjects like Maths, Science, English, or IT for 1 year.
Empower a Fellow
By sponsoring a Fellow, 180 children will have a qualified teacher in key subjects for 1 year.
