Teach First Sri Lanka is a social impact enterprise tackling the key factors contributing to the crisis in Sri Lankan schools.

Our mission is to empower students, educators, and parents of our communities to transform education through collective leadership, creating a world where every child, regardless of their background, receives a high-quality education to reach their full potential.

We understand that the education system often fails the most vulnerable children in our society, and we are committed to providing personalised support and guidance to help these children achieve their goals and build the skills they need for long-term success.
