We are dedicated to ensuring our mission to eliminate systemic educational inequality is sustainable. TFSL has a clear growth plan, aiming to bring our transformative program to more and more schools across Sri Lanka in the coming years.
Our growth plan in Sri Lanka focuses on those high-need schools most affected by socio-economic difficulties, teacher shortages, and high dropout rates, while factoring in access to high-quality Fellows’ candidates, support from local educational offices, logistical feasibility, and collaborative partnerships.
